Short Description:

This product is a GaAs MMIC 0° two-way power  divider chip. 

The power divider chip has the  characteristics of small 

insertion loss, high isolation,  small size, and easy integration. 

It is widely used in  power distribution and synthesis. 

Its frequency  range covers 3~9GHz, and the insertion loss in 

the entire frequency band is less than 0.9dB.


Limitations parameters :

Max input power : 37dBm

Storage temperature :  -65℃~+150℃

Operating temperature : -55℃~+125℃

user manual:

1. Using in a clean environment, do not touch the chip surface 

during use; 

2. Two bonding wires (25um diameter gold wire)  are used for 

input and output, and the length of  the bonding wire should 

be as short as possible; 

3. The input and output have DC blocking  capacitors; 

4. This product is a static-sensitive device, please  pay attention 

to anti-static when storing and  using; 

5. Store in dry, nitrogen environment.
